Session overview

Each session is as unique as our personalities thus, no one session is the same. However, the structure in itself is open to all.

15 minutes before our session commences, I will take the time to ‘Check-In’ with our teams to see what messages or important notes of reference they have for us to work through in session.

Once our session begins, we will bridge in that active connection with them so that in essence, they may join us in session, alongside whatever it is that they have brought to the table during the initial ‘Check-In’ .

Together, we will discuss whatever our guides have determined relevant & identify any other areas / issues that are relevant to you so we can formulate a pathway through to your next level.

Throughout the session, we will touch base with any and all references that are going to really support & nourish your continued evolution - this can look like storytimes, channeled messages, clarifications on lingering energies & developing processes that are going to benefit you.

Finally, to end the session we will summarise the developments curated in the session, give thanks to our guide teams for joining and supporting us in the process of clearing your fields so that you are able to continue moving forward towards your destiny & close out the session.
